Coffee was born in Yemen.

In the highlands of Mokha, in the coffeehouses of Mecca, scholars and traders carried it across the world. For five hundred years it traveled, refined by every culture it touched. Asly brings it home.

We source the finest specialty green coffee from Colombia and deliver it to the roasters of the Gulf — the region that gave coffee to the world. Not as nostalgia. As a living thing, continuing its journey.

In the Arab world, coffee was never industrial. Roasted over fire with the mihmaasa, ground by hand in the minḥāz, poured slowly from the dalla. Every cup was an act of hospitality. Asly carries that same intention into every sourcing decision — handled with care, offered with karam.
